Your first-machine launch guide

A practical route from an idea to your first refill.

Start with a manageable business

Choose a customer group and a product format: snacks, cold drinks, coffee or a combination. Consider how often you can visit and how far you can travel.

Write down your available cash, time and storage space. Start with a scale you can support personally, including faults and stock deliveries.

Test the location and the numbers together

Speak to potential hosts before committing to a machine. Ask who will use it, when the site is occupied and what alternatives are nearby.

Use actual supplier quotes in three sales scenarios. Include recurring costs and allow working cash for stock and unexpected repairs. A forecast is an assumption to test, not a sales guarantee.

Prepare the launch

Confirm site terms, suitable equipment, delivery access and how customers report problems. Check the local requirements that apply to your products and business.

Install, test purchases and start a visit record. After the first refill, compare actual sales with your assumptions and adjust the range.
