Installation and first-refill checklist
Prepare a reliable launch and learn from the first visit.
Before delivery
Confirm the host’s contact, delivery time, route measurements and equipment position. Arrange qualified installation support where the equipment requires it.
Check power, ventilation, stability and any water connections against the manufacturer’s instructions. Confirm keys, manuals and who handles faults.
Before opening
Clean and load according to the machine instructions. Check prices, product labels, payment activation and customer support details.
Make test purchases across the range and check change or refunds where relevant. Record the machine, site and initial checks in your workspace.
At the first refill
Check sales, stock condition, expiry dates, cleanliness and fault reports. Note cash or payment discrepancies for investigation.
Log the visit and decide the next refill date from actual demand. Update your financial assumptions and product choices using what you observed.
